1/ Profit Sharing

All active Marketing Partners in Conligus receive share 15% of the company's total monthly.
- 10% turnover paid to BEW
- 5% turnover paid to Cash Wallet

Basic Member you will receive 1share of that total
Pro Member you will receive 5 shares
Executive Member you will receive 20 shares

Each time you sponsor new member into your team your profit shares increase 100% share they get. Basic Plus +1 Share , PRO +5 Share and Executive +20 Share

Example: If you’re Executive member you has your own 20 share and When you invite Executive member as your direct referral you receive additional 20 share so now total you has 40 share. This share is Life time earning.

Please note: The B.E.P shares expire if the Marketing Partner has not been active for 90days so just buy activation 30Euro for active another 90days.
- Everytime you buy activation will get paid 20% to your cash wallet.

MONTHLY PAYMENT EVERY 5TH OF THE MONTH

2/ Promo Bonus

The more potential customers that use your Promotional Invitation Vouchers, as an example on the auction platform, the more bonus you will receive.
The moment a total of 2/3 of the bids purchased with the starter packs (that means an additional 1/3 on top of the 1/3 that has already been power sampled to fully activate the Marketing Center) have been activated on customers Hybridauction-Accounts, the Marketing Partner will be rewarded with the following:

- BASIC PACK: no promo bonus
- PRO PACK: 20 EUR IN CASH WALLET + 10 CREDITS IN BEW
- EXECUTIVE: 60 EUR IN CASH WALLET + 30 CREDITS IN BEW

3/ Team Cycle Bonus

You will build two teams, one team on your left and one team on your right. This is called a ‘binary’ system.
In Conligus you are paid in Cycles. Each Cycle is created when both your left and right team has reached :

300CV on one side and 150CV on the other side = 1 Cycle.
Each Cycle you will receive 16.5 Euro to Cash Wallet and 8.25 Euro to B.E.W (Business Expansion Wallet).
You gather CV’s when your team is buying membership package , bids pack, activation or simply purchasing coins/packages.
Maximum 60 cycle per day , Executive earn up to 180 Cycle per day with 3MC (Marketing Center)

4/ Matching Bonus

This amazing bonus pays out 10 % of each personally enrolled Team Member’s total Cycle earnings.
• Basic Member : 1 level generations

• Pro Member : 3 level generations

• Executive Member : 5 level generations
You will also have the ability to profit up to 9 generations of Matching Bonus at a certain rank in the career path.

Example : If your personal sponsor get 1000 Euro on Cash Account and 500 Euro on B.E.W account per month you will get paid 100Euro in Cash Account and 50 Euro in B.E.W account.

5/ Leverage Bonus

The moment a Marketing Partner reaches the following combinations of Personal Commissions Volume (PCV), specific and targeted rewards apply:

FIRST STEP: 1150 PCV left leg / 1150 PCV right leg: BASIC and PRO Marketing Partners - 100 CREDITS in BEW, EXECUTIVE Marketing Partners - 100 EUR in CASH.

SECOND STEP: 2300 PCV left leg / additional 2300 PCV right leg, that means once reached a total of 3450 PCV left leg / 3450 right leg: BASIC and PRO Marketing Partners - 200 CREDITS in BEW, EXECUTIVE Marketing Partners - 200 EUR in CASH.

To reach the above target there is no time limit; a Marketing Partner can plan without rush. Remember that customer volume is also a contributing factor towards your qualification. This Bonus is a one time reward.

• MONTHLY PAYMENT

* The First Star

Improved qualification for 1 , 2 STAR and for 3 STAR

- 1 STAR needs 15 PERSONAL CYCLES.

- 2 STAR needs 45 TEAM CYCLES besides the 45 PERSONAL CYCLES.

- 3 STAR needs 150 TEAM CYCLES besides the 90 PERSONAL CYCLES.
- ELITE STAR (5 STARS AND ABOVE)
The main target of Conligus is to HELP THE TEAM! To build the right way and to improve the teamwork, Conligus is implementing a new requirement.

To qualify for an ELITE STAR rank (5 STAR and above), a Marketing Partner needs the following requirements:

- 5 STAR needs in both legs (left and right) at least one 1 STAR within the personal downline.

- 6 STAR needs in both legs (left and right) at least one 2 STAR within the personal downline.

- 7 STAR needs in both legs (left and right) at least one 3 STAR within the personal downline.

- 8 STAR needs in both legs (left and right) at least one 4 STAR within the personal downline.

- 9 STAR needs in both legs (left and right) at least one 5 STAR within the personal downline.

*Step 1: To become a One Star you will only need to focus to balance your legs and to accomplish 15 personal cycles.
