CONLIGUS STAR SYSTEM – EXPLAINED

The Conligus Star System has been created to give people who want to start their own business extra incentives and motivation to help them to stay on track and achieve their goal of becoming financially independent. We believe in recognising our leaders for their achievements and successful Leaders are entered into the Conligus Star Achiever programme.

Conligus Star Achievers are rewarded for their hard work and dedication with a 3% share of Conligus’ total monthly CV. CV stands for Conligus Volume, which is used as currency within the company and all commissions are based on this. As a Leader in Conligus you will receive a special Leadership Bonus that is based on both your personal cycles and your team cycles. The more you grow with us, the more you will be rewarded.

You automatically become an Achiever when you enrol and achieve your first cycle. Leaders move on to their first star, which is also known as the White Star, when they achieve 60 personal cycles. This star brings with it potential earnings of around two to three thousand Euros a month. To obtain 2 star status you need to achieve 90 cycles and will receive around 5,000 Euros a month, while 3 star status comes at 180 cycles and brings potential earnings of 10,000 Euros a month. 9 star is the final star and is also known as Gold Star. Leaders can achieve this star when they have reached 9,000 cycles a month and highly motivated Leaders who have achieved this level can expect to earn as much as a million Euros a month.

The great thing about this programme is that you can expect to receive at least double the earnings as you progress to each star. However, it is important to bear in mind that these are approximations and we can make no guarantee on the exact value. Earnings may fluctuate and go both up and down.

Marketing Partners who take part in the Conligus Star System can enjoy special Incentive Tips once they become a 3 star member. Marketing Partners who achieve 3 star status are rewarded with a luxurious break to an exotic destination somewhere in the world. Every successful person knows that they need to face up to their fears and overcome self-doubt if they are going to get ahead in business. To develop to our full potential we need to ‘get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable’ and do things that stretch our boundaries and broaden knowledge. Being brave helps us to face up to anxiety and recognise that it is normal feeling to feel less than 100% certain when making challenging decisions.

The What if’s

If self- doubt raises its head and starts to ask, “What if I fail?”, “Is it worth the risk?” “Am I good enough?” “Will I make it?” there is only one form of positive defence that will combat the doubt – and that is to act ‘as if’ you are brave – even if you are feeling the opposite.

Be Brave

The Benefits of taking a brave action – In order to be brave we need to be clear about the benefits of taking action. What will it look like, sound like or feel like when you get the desired outcome?
Breaking down action into small achievable stages – Don’t jump in at the deep end or you will end up in the ‘panic zone’. Take gradual steps that will take you out of your ‘comfort zone’ and into a place of ‘stretch’ – where you will grow and succeed.
Breaking through – negative barriers to achieve success. Be aware of negative inner chatter and replace it with positive comments from your inner cheerleader.
The Belief – that you can achieve the outcome. If you believe it – you CAN do it.

Establish Goals

Establishing your goals. Knowing why you want to achieve your goal and where it is leading you, will drive your course of action and help you to become resilient under pressure.
Excuses. Pay close attention to Buts, Shoulds, Coulds, and If onlys. If you can overcome the hurdles you put in your own way – then you will be more motivated to stride closer to your goal.
